Privacy information.

The dealer stock portal is password protected. Your shortlist is saved only in your browser and can be cleared through your browser’s site-data settings.

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, telephone number, optional message and the vehicle you are interested in. This information is processed and stored by our hosting provider Netlify and sent to an authorised dealership inbox to arrange a callback. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, and do not publish your contact details. Please do not include sensitive information. To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, contact us using the enquiry form or telephone number on this site. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Vehicle photographs are served through this website and cached from the advert providers. Editorial images and fonts may load from Unsplash and Google Fonts. External links to adverts and maps are governed by those providers’ policies.

Stock-management records are stored for the dealership and are accessible only to authorised administrators. This preview has no advertising analytics.

The dealership should review its privacy notice, retention schedule and business disclosures before use. For questions about information sent to Bucks Cars, contact the dealership by phone or through the contact form.

Paste an individual Auto Trader or CarGurus advert, or use the Bucks Cars dealer-page shortcuts. Each import is reviewed before it changes the website.

CSV or JSON. Required: ID, make, model and price. Full galleries use image URLs separated by |. File imports also work when an advert site blocks fetching.

What happens behind the scenes?

Fetch: the website reads accessible advert data server-side. Source and retrieval date stay with each vehicle.

Review: new adverts and updates are shown before publication. Exact source IDs, registration or VIN prevent duplicate imports. Possible matches are flagged for review.

Publish: approved records are saved centrally and appear on the website, individual vehicle pages and sitemap.

Manage: edit prices, descriptions, photos and availability, or mark cars reserved/sold. Failed imports never delete stock.

Manual refresh, not automatic sync. Auto Trader dealer pages may expose only a subset of stock. CarGurus is currently returning verification. PistonHeads is an additional public source for this same dealer. A blocked or incomplete source is reported rather than treated as a complete feed. Missing adverts are never automatically marked sold.

The stock portal and all stock-writing routes require the dealer administrator username and password. Customer enquiries use phone or an email draft; no message is sent automatically.
